Design and deliver impactful learning experiences on the Upscend LMS — build structured learning paths, curate and shape course content, and partner with teams to turn business goals into measurable upskilling outcomes for learners.
We're looking for an Automation & Integrations Engineer to help streamline and automate business operations across the organization. You'll design, build, and maintain automated workflows that connect our internal systems and third-party platforms, improving efficiency across Sales, HR, Customer Success, and Operations.
Own product quality end-to-end — design and execute manual and automated test plans, catch regressions before they ship, and work closely with engineering to raise the bar on reliability across the Upscend platform.
Design intuitive, accessible, and beautiful experiences for our LMS — from research and user flows to polished, pixel-perfect UI. Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship work used by thousands of learners. A portfolio is required for this role.
