Automation & Integrations Engineer

We're looking for an Automation & Integrations Engineer to help streamline and automate business operations across the organization. You'll design, build, and maintain automated workflows that connect our internal systems and third-party platforms, improving efficiency across Sales, HR, Customer Success, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows for business processes.
- Integrate internal and third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Automate Sales, HR, and Operations workflows.
- Build AI-powered automations using LLMs where they add value.
- Develop custom integrations using Python or JavaScript.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Document automation processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Programming experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience integrating SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git and Docker.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience with FastAPI or Node.js.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
